I had an awesome stay at Casa Melissa! The location is superb right by the beach and near 5th Avenue, which made exploring a breeze. The room was clean and had a nice balcony with a view, but I did notice a musky smell when I first arrived, though it cleared out quickly with the balcony door open. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Casa Melissa. The location was absolutely ideal, just steps away from the beach and 5th Avenue’s vibrant atmosphere. However, I did face some issues with the comfort of the beds, which were smaller than I expected. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience with its friendly service staff and an excellent setup for enjoying Playa del Carmen.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Casa Melissa. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view, and the location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the beach and the bus station. The pool was small, but who needs it with such great access to the beach? My only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was only available in the lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.
